Columbia Metabolic is contracted with Regence Health Plan. Alternatively, we also offer cash-pay options for patients without insurance. Patients may request a receipt (superbill) to submit to their insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive medical history review, metabolic risk assessment, medication eligibility screening, and discussion of evidence-based treatment options. If appropriate, FDA-approved medications may be prescribed through licensed U.S. pharmacies. Routine monitoring is required for ongoing services.

No. Prescriptions are issued only through licensed pharmacies using FDA-approved medications from regulated manufacturers.

After booking, you will complete secure intake forms through our patient portal. Visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant video. You can attend from your home or another private location.

Yes. If clinically appropriate, laboratory testing can be ordered through national lab partners. Lab costs are typically billed separately to the patient by the lab.
