About me

I’m a board-certified Physician Assistant with a clinical background rooted in cardiovascular medicine, urgent care, and systems-based practice. I completed my undergraduate education in Utah before earning my PA degree at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). I now practice across the Pacific Northwest and Utah, where I’ve spent my career helping patients navigate complex medical decisions with clarity and confidence.

My approach to care is straightforward: patients deserve to understand the “why” behind their treatment. Whether discussing cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, acute medical concerns, or long-term prevention strategies, I focus on translating evidence-based medicine into practical, sustainable steps. My experience in cardiology, urgent care, workers’ compensation medicine, and independent medical evaluations has shaped a pragmatic, big-picture view of health — one that balances individual goals with real-world demands.

Through Columbia Metabolic Clinic, I provide evidence-based outpatient medical care for adults in Oregon, Washington, and Utah. The practice focuses on comprehensive medical care, with particular expertise in metabolic health, weight management, cardiovascular risk reduction, men’s health, preventive medicine, and other outpatient medical concerns. My goal is not short-term fixes, but long-term risk reduction and durable health outcomes. I value clear communication, accountability, and thoughtful care — and I aim to build a practice where patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their health decisions.
